EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the last item of your order. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by contacting us before the withdrawal period expires. You can initiate a return directly through your account on our website.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay. We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned jewellery must be in its original condition. If the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting that diminished value from your refund.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been custom-made or personalised to your specifications.
