Metal Workz is a small, independent jewellery business based in Melbourne, Australia, specialising in handmade wire-wrapped jewellery pieces. Each item is carefully created by hand, meaning slight variations may occur between products.

2. Handmade Products

All Metal Workz products are handmade and may contain minor differences in shape, size, colour, texture, and finish. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

We aim to display product colours and details as accurately as possible; however, colours may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order with Metal Workz, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• Payment has not been received
• Product availability issues occur
• Incorrect pricing or information has been displayed due to an error

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will be contacted and issued a refund where applicable.

4. Processing & Production Times

Because each item is handmade, orders require time to create and prepare.

Standard processing time:
5 - 8 business days

Custom or personalised orders may require additional time, which will be communicated before production begins.

Processing times do not include shipping time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the selected delivery method at checkout.

Metal Workz is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal services
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages after dispatch

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, returns and exchanges are only accepted under certain conditions.

Customers must contact Metal Workz within 14 days of receiving their order if they believe there is an issue.

Items must:

• Be unused 
• Be in original condition
• Include original packaging where possible

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
• Custom or personalised pieces
• Damage caused after receiving the product

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

7. Jewellery Care

To maintain the quality of your Metal Workz jewellery, customers should:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals
• Store jewellery in a dry place
• Handle pieces carefully

Damage caused by improper care is not covered under returns or refunds.

8. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are created specifically for the customer and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue.

Before production begins, customers are responsible for confirming:

• Design details
• Colours/materials
• Sizes
• Any personalised requests
